On Saturday, April 13, members of The British Motoring Club of Montgomery assembled in Cloverdale Park at the invitation of the Old Cloverdale Association in conjunction with their biennial Tour of Homes. We had 15 British cars on display on an absolutely beautiful spring day. The park also served as headquartes for the tour, so we had lots of visitors looking at the cars.
Some of us stayed to visit and talk about the cars, while others took the free walking tour of the neighborhood led by Montgomery historians Mary Ann Neeley and Jeff Benton, or caught the trolley and visited the homes on the tour. Brandon had arranged for us to have complimentary tickets for the tour.
Special thanks to Brandon and Chloe for inviting us over to their house only a few blocks away following the car show. All of the food and drink was excellent, the yard was beautiful, and we had two very gracious hosts.
