Subject: Join our parade
Good evening and I hope your week, thus far is going well. I’m Griffin Pritchard from the Order of Cimarron and am inviting you to once again join us in our annual mardi gras parade and festival scheduled for February 22 beginning at 1 p.m.
This event, our eighth, has grown throughout the years and now draws a crowd upwards of 7,500 people to Wetumpka’s downtown. There is no cost to parade with us, we just ask that you provide your own throws. And, we have changed the route to follow that of the Christmas on the Coosa, making the parade a little longer than in years past and also, a little safer as the crowd continues to grow.

Staging for the event will begin at noon at the parking lot next to Wetumpka’s First Baptist Church.
I do hope you will check your calendars and look over the attached form and that you are able to join us.
