My name is Sheree Calloway and I’m the Services Operations Assistant for the Exchange on Maxwell AFB in Montgomery, Alabama. We are hosting our 1st Annual Car, Truck & Bike Show here at Maxwell AFB on July 20, 2019. We would love to invite your club to our event. Our goal is to bring our military community together for a day of FUN and educate them on restoration, preservation, care and history of all model vehicles. All cars, trucks and motorcycles welcome! Our event will also be a family oriented atmosphere.
I wanted to send out a reminder that our event will be approaching in 30 days. 🙂 Please start contacting me if you’re interesting, so I can start compiling our base access list needed for security forces and receive a general participation count for our event. I’ve received a few registrations forms already, so please keep them coming.🙂 If one doesn’t feel comfortable emailing their registration forms, they’re more then welcome to mail those forms to our admin office.

All guest 16 years and older must be on our Exchange master list in order to gain access to the base.
